Calamp Corp. Announces Not to Stand Re-Election of Amal Johnson as Member and the Chairperson of the Board of Directors and Member of the Governance and Nominating Committee and the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee of the Board

On April 25, 2022, Amal Johnson, a member and the chairperson of the board of directors of CalAmp Corp. and a member of the Governance and Nominating Committee and the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee of the Board, notified the Company that she has decided not to stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the Company's 2022 annual stockholder meeting. The decision was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
