On April 30, 2021, Noelle M. Repetti, age 52, became the Principal Accounting Officer of California Resources Corporation (the 'Company'). Mrs. Repetti joined the Company in August 2014 as Vice President - Tax, and she assumed additional duties and was appointed Vice President and Controller in August 2017. Mrs. Repetti is a certified public accountant who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Loyola Marymount University and a Master's degree in business taxation from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining the Company, Mrs. Repetti was a tax partner in the Los Angeles office of Deloitte Tax LLP.

Mrs. Repetti's new role follows the previously announced retirement of Roy Pineci, Senior Vice President - Finance and the Company's prior principal accounting officer, which also occurred on April 30, 2021.
