Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 377,993,087 representing 59.67% of its own ordinary shares at AUD 0.008 per share for AUD 3.15 million. The program will be conducted in 2 parts- Under the First buyback the company will repurchase 61,275,077 Shares.

representing 10% and subject to Shareholder approval, up to a further 316,718,010 Shares, representing 50% of its issued share capital. The record date for the First Buyback is August 27, 2024.
