Calloway's Nursery Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported net revenue was $9,447,000 against $9,582,000 a year ago. Loss before provision for income taxes was $602,000 against $210,000 a year ago. Net loss was $405,000 against income of $57,000 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was $0.05 against earnings per share of $0.01 a year ago.

Its plants and flowers include annuals, bulbs, dwarfs, edibles, ferns, grasses and others. Its subsidiary is Cornelius Nurseries, Inc., which owns the Cornelius Nursery retail store property in the Houston market.
