Canada Nickel Company Inc. (TSXV:CNC) entered into an agreement to acquire Exploration Assets Comprised of Mineral Property Claims in Timmins, Ontario for CAD 3.9 million on June 16, 2021. Under the term, Canada Nickel Company will issue 1.135 million shares as consideration. In related transaction, Canada Nickel Company entered into an agreement to acquire Certain Mining Claims Located Across The Province Of Ontario for CAD 0.46 million on June 16, 2021. Total consideration for both the transaction to be paid by Canada Nickel Company at closing under these agreements is 1.26 million Canada Nickel common shares and CAD 0.025 million in cash. The common shares issued pursuant to the above noted acquisitions will be subject to a four month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws. The completion of these transactions is subject to customary closing conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange approval. As of August 17, 2021, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to the purchase and sale agreement.
