(TSXV: CVR) (the "Company" or "CORRE") is pleased to announce the results of its annual and special meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders held on Friday, April 9, 2021.  The Meeting was held, in part, to deliver the annual financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis of the Company, fix and appoint the directors of the Company, appoint the Company's auditors and approve the Company's Stock Option Plan, all as more particularly set out in the Management Information Circular dated March 3, 2021.

At the Meeting, all resolutions were passed by the shareholders of the Company. A total of 20,292,756 common shares were represented at the Meeting either in person or by proxy representing approximately 11.96% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.

At the Meeting John Lorenzo, Raymond J. Stapell, Sohail Khan and Anton Ayoub were elected as directors of the Company to hold office until the next annual general meeting or their successors are elected or appointed.
