ITEM 8.01. Other Events.

On September 14, 2020, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the "Corporation") issued a press release announcing the forthcoming opening of its new multi-commodity transload facility in Montréal. Additionally, on September 15, 2020, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Corporation and Maersk have reached an agreement to build and operate a world-class transload and distribution facility in Vancouver to expand the Corporation's and Maersk Canada's supply chain options for customers. Copies of these press releases are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively.
