On January 4, 2021, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the "Corporation") issued a press release announcing that the Corporation moved 31.32 million metric tonnes (MMT) of Canadian grain and grain products in 2020, more than any prior calendar year in its history. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
