CannAssure agreed to acquire Direct Capital Investments Ltd (TASE:DCI-M) in a reverse merger on June 4, 2018. As part of the deal, CannAssure will receive 75% of Direct Capital's shares and ILS 9 million of its own as a loan. Direct Capital has real estate business that it intends to sell simultaneously with its entry into the cannabis field. Post completion, Direct Capital Investments Ltd. will soon change its name to Cannassure Therapeutics Ltd. CannAssure’s merger with Direct Capital Investments Ltd. is set to finalize no later than December 15, 2018. Gal Cohen and Reut Alfiah of Zysman, Aharoni, Gayer and Sullivan & Worcester LLP acted as the legal advisors for CannAssure. CannAssure completed the acquisition of Direct Capital Investments Ltd (TASE:DCI-M) in a reverse merger on January 15, 2019.
