Cantaloupe, Inc. Enters into Separation and Transition Agreement with James Pollock, Chief Compliance Officer

On June 1, 2021, Cantaloupe, Inc. entered into a separation and transition agreement with James Pollock, the Company’s Chief Compliance Officer. Pursuant to the Separation Agreement, Mr. Pollock’s previously disclosed last day of employment was accelerated from July 20, 2021 to June 1, 2021. In exchange for a release of claims against the Company and for no longer receiving base salary payments through July 20, 2021, Mr. Pollock will remain eligible for his fiscal 2021 annual bonus based upon the achievement of the applicable performance metrics and using the same determination framework as will be used for similarly situated executives of the Company.
