Result of AGM and Chairman's AGM statement

The Board of CAP-XX announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

CAP-XX's Chairman, Pat Elliott, also made the following statement in relation to the Company's activities:

'I am pleased to be able to tell you that we currently have record levels of enquiries for our extended range of supercapacitors. Furthermore, these enquiries are from a broad base of end user customer segments, embracing automotive, industrial and smart meters, as well as consumer applications for the IoT. We are also pleased to be able to report that enquiries are being received for our new 3 V technology, with the first customer deliveries expected in mid-calendar year2019.

I would also like to extend our thanks to our institutional shareholders for their support in the recent fundraising, the proceeds of which have now been received, together with receipt of our Australian R&Dtax credit.

The Company together with its growing portfolio of, well resourced, licensees now represents a significant force in the global market for supercapacitors and together we are leading the drive for the wider adoption of supercapacitors as a mainstream energy storage technology for portable and independent devices.
