Capgemini SE (ENXTPA:CAP) signed an agreement to acquire Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) division of Exiger on September 8, 2023. The transaction is due to close in the coming months. TD Cowen acted as exclusive financial advisor and Dechert LLP acted as legal counsel to Exiger on the transaction.
