Capital World Limited is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is primarily involved in property development and property investment. The Company operates through three business segments: Property development business, Mining business and Others. Its Property development business segment is a property developer that is focused on working with land owners to minimize initial capital outlay. The Company undertakes the conception, design and implementation of integrated property projects. Its Mining business is also engaged in the production and sale of marble blocks and slabs, aggregates and calcium carbonate powder from its quarry in Kelantan, Malaysia. Its Others segment is related to group level corporate services, treasury function and provision for theme park activities in the retail mall.
