CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX:C38U) agreed to acquire a 50% stake in North Sydney Commercial Complex from Nuveen, LLC for approximately AUD 420 million on December 24, 2021. The CapitaLand Investment-sponsored trust plans to fund 51% of the acquisition through debt, while the rest will be sourced from the proceeds of its half of the 23-storey One George Street tower earlier this month and around approximately AUD 95 million in private placements.
