CapitaLand Ltd. has launched its second private fund of 400 million Singapore dollars (US$296.9 million) to expand in India's logistics sector.

The property developer will invest in logistics assets in six cities including Mumbai and Bangalore.

CapitaLand India Logistics Fund II will grow the company's total funds under management to S$79.2 billion, it said Wednesday.

The company launched its first logistics fund, the S$400 million Ascendas India Logistics Program, in 2018.
