The transaction will include participation from returning investor Capitalonline Data Service Co., Ltd. and will retain its 100% stake in the company. Pursuant to the transaction, the registered capital will increase from SGD 450,000 to SGD 900,000.
The transaction has been approved by investor in the 4th Meeting of it's 5th Directorate and does not need the shareholders' approval.
