The Board of Directors of CARE RATINGS LIMITED, at its Meeting held on 12th June 2021, has recommended the payment of final dividend of INR 6 (Rupees Six Only) per equity share having a nominal value of INR 10 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, subject To Approve the Shareholders at the ensuing 28th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, to be held on 14th September, 2021 at 3:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") /Other Audio Visual Means("OAVM"). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 08, 2021 to September 14, 2021 (both days inclusive) for annual closing and determining the entitlement of the Shareholders to the Final Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, for the Financial Year 2020-21. The Final Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to the Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company on the close of the day on September 07, 2021, in respect of shares held in dematerialized form, it will be paid to Shareholders whose names are furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), as the beneficial owners on the close of the day on September 07, 2021 .
