CareTech Holdings PLC acquired Wellness Group.

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM:CTH) acquired Wellness Group on February 7, 2022. The upfront consideration of £8.1 million in cash with a further £3.9 million in cash deferred . The transaction has been funded by the Group's existing cash resources and debt facility. Hogan Lovells acted as legal advisor to Wellness Group.

The Adults Services segment is engaged in the provision of care and residential services for adults with learning disabilities, individuals recovering from mental health disorders, adults with autistic spectrum disorder, those with one or more physical impairments and adults with acquired brain injury.
