The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) has
declared a 14% increase in the Company’s regular quarterly dividend, to
$0.25 per share from $0.22 per share. The dividend is payable on
September 1, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
August 18, 2014. This marks the 38th consecutive year of
dividend increases for Carlisle shareholders.
