Marina Ivantsova has been appointed Vice President HR at Carlsberg Ukraine effective on August 1, 2014. Previously she was HR and Administration Director at Olivaria Brewery in Belarus.

Starting from August 1, 2014, Marina Ivantsova will be Vice President HR at Carlsberg Ukraine, reporting directly to Evgeniy Shevchenko, CEO at Carlsberg Ukraine, with a dotted line to Nadya Minde, Vice President HR for Eastern Europe. Previously holding the position of HR and Administration Director at Olivaria Brewery in Belarus, Ms Ivantsova will relocate from Minsk to Kiev to take on her new job.

In her new role, Marina will focus on developing the company's HR strategy in collaboration with key functions to ensure commercial success. She will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures to meet Carlsberg Group's standards and business needs.

Born on September 5, 1976 in Prague, Czech Republic, Marina Ivantsova graduated from the Minsk State Pedagogical University in 1998 majoring in Psychology and Foreign Languages. She continued her studies and received a Ph.D. degree in psychology at the Academy of Postgraduate Education. She later attended a number of HR and business trainings and educational programmes at the Management Centre Europe, the London Business School, Hay Group and Carlsberg Group.

Marina's career in HR started in 2003, when she became the HR Director at the furniture manufacturer Domovoy. As of 2006, she has been HR and Administration Director at Olivaria Brewery. Under her supervision, the company implemented HR policies and procedures meeting the standards of multinational companies, completed a number of projects to optimise organisational structure and HR costs, improve the employee motivation system and develop the company's corporate culture.
