Carnival Group International Holdings Limited announced that it has received $285 million in funding from Cheer Hope Holdings Limited, CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited, Taiping Trustees Limited, Haitong International Financial Products Limited.

On September 9, 2015, Carnival Group International Holdings Limited closed the transaction. The company has received gross proceeds of $285,000,000. The shares issued upon conversion will represent 11.1% stake in the company.
