UPDATES ON WINDING UP PROCEEDINGS

Reference is made to the announcements of Carnival Group International Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 11 March 2020, 4 June 2020, 16 June 2020, 29 June 2020, 21 July 2020, 22 July 2020, 29 September 2020, 8 February 2021 and 1 March 2021 (the "Announcements") in relation to, among others, the Zhang's Petition received by the Company. Unless otherwise stated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

As disclosed in the announcement of the Company dated 1 March 2021, the High Court ordered that the hearing of the Zhang's Petition be further adjourned to 25 May 2021. On 13 May 2021, the Company received the order from the High Court that the Zhang's Petition is listed to be heard on Monday, 17 May 2021 at 9:30 a.m..

The Company will keep its shareholders informed of any significant developments by way of further announcement(s) as and when appropriate.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.

CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 April 2021 pending the publication of the announcement in relation to the audited financial results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2020.
