Cary Group Holding AB (publ) (OM:CARY) signed an agreement to acquire Holding ExpressGlass, S.A. from Grupo Nors on December 29, 2021. The current management will continue to lead the company under Cary Group's ownership. Pedro Pais de Almeida, Alexandra Nascimento Correia, Maria de Deus Botelho, Maria de Santa Martha and Alexandre Miguel Mestre of Abreu Advogados acted as legal advisor to Cary Group Holding AB.
