ANDOVER, Mass. (AP) _ Casa Systems Inc. (CASA) on Wednesday reported a first-quarter loss of $32.6 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Andover, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 39 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 35 cents per share.

The provider of digital cable video and broadband services posted revenue of $64.4 million in the period.

Casa Systems shares have dropped slightly more than 7% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $5.25, a decrease of 33% in the last 12 months.
