Casella Waste Systems, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CWST) acquired Daley & Sons Trucking, Inc from Bob Daley and others for $0.96 million on February 17, 2020. Daley & Sons will remain at its Route 102 location, where it opened a new waste management facility seven years ago. Bob Daley new title is Operations Manager for newest Casella subsidiary. Daley & Sons Trucking will remain under local management. The entire staff of 24 including Bob Daley, his father Nelson Daley Sr. and his son will be with Daley & Sons Trucking.
