LONDON (Reuters) - Ocado, the British online supermarket and technology group, has completed agreements to extend its partnership deal with French retailer Groupe Casino, it said on Thursday.
The extension, which is consistent with details announced in February, includes the creation of a joint venture to provide logistics services to Ocado-powered Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) in France, which will be available to all grocery retailers.
