Castellana Properties SOCIMI SA acquired Alameda Park from Grupo Alvores for €54.6 million on December 5, 2017. Under the terms of transaction purchase consideration has been determined with reference to the anticipated future net income to be generated by Alameda Park during the first three years following the acquisition, being not lower than €3.5 million for the first year, €3.6 million for the second year and €3.7 for the third year. To secure payment of the income guarantee, Alvores will deposit an amount of €0.5 million which will be held in escrow for the full three-year term. In a related transaction Castellana Properties SOCIMI SA acquired San Pedro Del Pinatar Retail Park from Euro Activ Promociones Integrales De Proyectos Comerciales Sl Y CompaIia S En C for €10.7 million on December 5, 2017.
