Catena Media plc (the "Company") hereby announces, that it has received a notification from Bodenholm Capital AB, a Swedish alternative investment fund manager, with registered office at Norrmalmstorg 14, 103 86, Stockholm, Sweden ("Bodenholm").
The notification indicates that Bodenholm, as of 28 February 2020, holds 14.74% of the voting rights in the Company. The notification is not in relation to a divestment of shares and voting rights made by Bodenholm, but instead follows from the increase of the number of shares and votes in the Company that was announced on February 28th, 2020. Bodenholm is not controlled by any natural person or legal entity and does not control any other undertaking(s), holding directly or indirectly an interest in the Company.
