Exercise of Warrants
During the subscription period following the publication of the financial report for the third quarter 2020, a total of 2,102,732 Warrants were used to subscribe for 2,102,732 ordinary shares in the Company, corresponding to approximately 5.3 per cent. of all outstanding Warrants (being approximately 4.5 per cent. of all Warrants issued as part of the rights issue).
