On 25th March, the CENTRHO Association of AEDIPE held the gala of the 1st edition of the INNOVARH Awards, where the Talent Hackers project developed by Catenon, the first platform based on nodal technology for the search of STEM professionals, was chosen as the best initiative of an HR Services company for Companies.

Catenon has always been committed to #innovation and #technology to create new disruptive models in the search for professionals, and especially in models based on data technologies, which is materialised in projects such as Talent Hackers, an unprecedented exponential model in IT talent activation.

Talent Hackers is the first nodal distributed network platform for the search and recruitment of technology and digital professionals based on paid referrals. Through the dynamic distribution of offers, carried out by our algorithm, these reach more profiles than any other platform, activating passive talent, that which is not actively seeking employment.

We use Data Intelligence to identify professionals in the IT Community, drawing conclusions about the ideal time, channel and message to impact potential candidates and their environment, and thus maximise the activation of that talent.

Data Intelligence

To identify candidates, recommenders and market insights from the application of data intelligence on the profiles of the target community.

One of the major contributions of this platform for the identification and attraction of professionals is the application of data technologies on the more than 400,000 profiles of the ICT Community in Spain, for the identification of candidates, recommenders and market insights. The current database of potential candidates is all the information indexed on the Net, which constitutes approximately 700 million professional histories at our disposal. The challenge is not so much to accumulate CVs, but to be able to apply the techniques, tools and technologies that allow us to filter efficiently and 'intelligently' through this immense database. And then generate the largest network of recommenders who receive TalentHackers offers according to their preferences, already making up 70,000 in the TalentHackers Club.

More than 600 associated Human Resources managers voted last 25th March for the winning projects, from among the 9 finalists chosen by the jury. In this first edition, the jury was made up of top-level professionals: Eva Blázquez, Deputy Minister of Employment of the Community of Madrid; Enrique Dans, Senior Advisor in Innovation and Digital Transformation, professor and researcher at IE Business School; Sara Molero, Secretary General of CEIM; José Antonio Vega, Director of Cinco Días; and Pablo Nadal, Director General of Netexplo Observatory Spain.

The aim of this initiative, developed by CENTRHO and Netexplo, is to promote and recognise the best digital solutions implemented in Spain in the area of people management, both internally and externally. Generali and Worldpats were the winners in the other two categories respectively: best innovative HR initiative in a company and best innovative HR startup initiative.

Congratulations!
