Item 8.01. Other Events

On September 24, 2021, Cavco Industries, Inc. (the "Company"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Commodore Homes, LLC, completed the previously announced planned acquisition of the business and certain assets and liabilities of The Commodore Corporation ("Commodore"). The purchase price totals $153 million, before certain adjustments at and following closing of the transaction. The transaction is being funded with cash on hand.
