CAZOO has announced thirdquarter success, as their offering resonates with second-hand buyers and a growing delivery culture.

The used-car retailer reported a growth in revenue up 267 per cent to £174.4m.

Speaking with City A.M, Alex Chesterman, CEO and founder, said: "I think the transition from offline to online for cars is happening faster than anyone expected."

He is confident that their growth will continue as more consumers are looking for second-hand cars in light of the ongoing supply chain crises.

Cazoo promises to deliver any car to your doorstep within 72 hours, and whilst this may sound like a logistical nightmare, the number of vehicles sold was up 209 per cent during this period.

As Chesterman said: "The biggest constraint to growth remains our ability to recondition cars fast enough to meet demand."
