CBD Global Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based cannabidiol (CBD) producer. The Company is engaged in the business of producing and selling industrial hemp derived CBD infused consumable and topical products, including CBD oil tincture drops, CBD hydration beverages, and CBD topicals. It markets and sells its own brand of CBD oil and byproducts under the Aethics and CannaOil brands (Products), which includes CBD Oil tinctures (liquid products), capsules, topicals, hydration products and confectionary products. Its hemp-derived CBD extracts are sold through distributors, brick and mortar retailers and online. The Company, through its subsidiaries, Global Sciences Holdings, Resinosa LLC and Legacy Distribution Group, is delivering CBD products both in retail and e-commerce formats. It also operates a manufacturing division, Resinosa LLC, with its capabilities to provide current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) to the CBD industry with both private label and white label CBD product lines.
