CBM Bancorp, Inc. is the savings and loan holding company for Chesapeake Bank of Maryland (Bank). The Bank operates as a community-oriented institution by offering a variety of loan and deposit products and serving other financial needs of its local community. Its business consists principally of accepting retail deposits from the public and using those funds, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, to originate loans secured by residential and nonresidential real estate. Its non-residential real estate loans, construction and land development loans and commercial loans constitute a significant percentage of the loan portfolio of the bank. The Bank conducts business out of its main office located in Baltimore County, Maryland and approximately other three branch offices located in Arbutus, Maryland, Bel Air, Maryland, and Pasadena, Maryland.
