CBRE announced today that Aja Ladson has been promoted to lead the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) function within the firm's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business. CBRE's QHSE teams ensure the company meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and legal requirements in providing safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable workplaces to its stakeholders.

Ms. Ladson has held QHSE leadership positions for 15 years and has specific expertise within manufacturing, supply chain, oil and gas, utilities and construction industries. In her new role, she will liaise with CBRE's corporate resources as well as peers in other business units to develop and implement the firm's strategic direction for QHSE globally.

'Aja has been a standout performer for us,' said GWS Chief Operating Officer, John Dunstan. 'She's already implementing plans that will further elevate our QHSE operations now and into the future, in line with our organizational goals to deliver world-class outcomes for our people, partners and clients.'

Prior to this role, Ms. Ladson was a Senior Manager within CBRE's QHSE team and supported an oil and gas client. She is the Chairwoman of the Houston Chapter of CBRE's African American Employee Network, a member of CBRE's Women's Network and a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
