CE Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:4320) agreed to acquire Sankaku Company, Inc. for ¥450 million on February 4, 2022. For the year ending on June 30, 2021, Sankaku Company, Inc. reported net assets of ¥184 million, total assets of ¥352 million, sales of ¥391 million, operating income of ¥21 million and net income of ¥29 million. The transaction is expected to complete on February 17, 2022.

CE Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly CSI Co., Ltd., mainly engages in development and sales of medical information systems focused on electronic medical record systems. The Company operates through two business segments. The Medical System segment engages in development and sales of the MI . RA . Is series, its packaged products for medical institutions. This segment engages in sales of departmental systems, including electronic medical record system and medical counting system and provision of solutions and services for healthcare activities. It also engages in development of medical information systems, including medical information systems, electronic medical record system, ordering system, examination system and blood transfusion system for regional core hospitals through consignment from the NEC group. The Other segment engages in operation of healthcare related information site Mocosuku, as well as sales of digital signage system for public and commercial facilities.
