Cellnex Acquires Iliad's Stake in On Tower Poland

Cellnex has acquired Iliad's 30% stake in On Tower Poland, reaching full ownership of the Polish telecommunications infrastructure company.

The Spanish group said Friday that it has acquired the stake for a total consideration of 510 million euros ($554 million).
