CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 3,955.57 million compared to USD 3,693.05 million a year ago. Net income was USD 494.09 million compared to net loss of USD 376.17 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.02 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 11,708.3 million compared to USD 10,805.96 million a year ago. Net income was USD 957.5 million compared to USD 558.31 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.05 compared to USD 0.04 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.05 compared to USD 0.04 a year ago.
