PJSC TransContainer (part of Delo Group) has updated its iSales online customer service platform, accessible at isales.trcont.com.

Developed in collaboration with DeloTech, a key IT integrator within Delo Group, this new iteration leverages cutting-edge technologies to streamline the ordering process for our services, ensuring simplicity and speed, alongside robust operational security and stability.

iSales stands as a distinctive online service that facilitates seamless container transportation service bookings with PJSC TransContainer, requiring just a few clicks. This innovative service empowers customers to calculate transportation costs, place and complete orders, track container locations in real-time, and access crucial information and documentation - all without the need for an office visit. Remarkably, 100% of our orders are now registered through iSales.

With our latest update, any visitor to the iSales site can conveniently calculate transportation solutions, including international options, even without prior authorization. Tags such as "profitable", "special", and "block train" have been introduced within the personal account, facilitating easier selection in ascending order of price. This ensures that customers can effortlessly find the most optimal solution among the array of possibilities.

Our cargo insurance offerings have also been enhanced. When placing an order, customers now have the flexibility to increase insurance coverage limits to 50 million rubles. Furthermore, the insurance policy will be automatically generated in both Russian and English languages.

We've streamlined the user experience for those with multiple personal accounts, such as Lite and Pro versions. A new module permits seamless switching between iSales Lite and Pro versions using a single email address. Users can now access their history of calculations and draft orders, allowing them to continue working on pending orders or revisit previous calculations.

In addition, we've introduced email notifications in personal accounts for tracking changes in order statuses and receipt of new documents. This comes alongside a visual representation of order stages, including registration, checkout, payment, and more.

This upgraded iSales platform delivers enhanced functionality for both customers and PJSC TransContainer managers, further enhancing the overall user experience.
