Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ('Company' or 'Eletrobras') (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that on this date released the Annual Report 2020 ('Report'). The document, that considers the the companies of the Eletrobras system, is the main source of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) information for the Company and also provides information on economic and operational performance.

The Report monitors 129 different indicators and presents an overview of the main results of 2020, achieved respecting sustainable development and our business vision of being an innovative clean energy company, materialized in goals of the Business and Management Master Plan (PDNG).

Oriented to all Eletrobras' stakeholders, the Report was prepared in accordance with the best global corporate sustainability management and reporting practices, such as the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), the principles of the United Nations (UN) Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030/SDGs), in addition to the guidelines of the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) for management reports.

The document includes the assurance of the independent external audit PwC and contains the verification of the adherence of the indicators to international protocols.
