Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ('Company' or 'Eletrobras') (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general, in compliance with the provisions of the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários ('CVM') Instruction No. 358, of January 3, 2002, as amended, that, on June 28, 2021, the Extraordinary General Meetings of Subsidiaries of the Centrais Elétricas do Norte do Brasil S/A ('Eletronorte') and Amazonas Geração e Transmissão SA ('Amazonas GT'), with the merger of Amazonas GT into Eletronorte having been approved.

The subsidiaries' shareholders approved the Protocol of Incorporation, the Instrument of Justification of Incorporation of Amazonas GT by Eletronorte and the Appraisal Report of the Accounting Net Equity of Amazonas GT, to be transferred to Eletronorte, issued by a specialized external company.

The effects of the merger will take place as of July 1, 2021.

The merger is provided for as a strategic initiative of the 2021-2025 Business and Management Master Plan ('PDNG 2021-2025') within the scope of the rationalization of equity interests.

The Company will keep the market informed about the matter subject of this Relevant Fact.
