Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ('Company' or 'Eletrobras') (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general in addition to the Relevant Fact disclosed on May 21, 2021, that the Companhia de Geração e Transmissão de Energia Elétrica do Sul do Brasil ('CGT Eletrosul'), pursuant to the Share Purchase and Sale Agreement ('CCVA'), entered into with the Companhia Estadual de Transmissão de Energia Elétrica ('CEEE- T'), for the acquisition of 49% of the interest in CEEE-T of Fronteira Oeste Transmissora de Energia SA ('FOTE'), signed, on this date, the controlled Company's Share Registration and Transfer Book, becoming the holder of 100% of FOTE's shareholding, and that, by mutual agreement between the contracting parties, CGT Eletrosul paid the value of BRL 83,101,000.00 (eighty-three million, one hundred and one thousand reais) in favor of CEEE-T, consolidating the acquisition operation.
