Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A ("Company" or "Eletrobras") (B3: ELET3, ELET5 & ELET6; NYSE: EBR & EBR.B; LATIBEX: XELT.O & XELT.B) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that was aware, on today's date, of 3 (three) injunctions in progress within the scope of filed lawsuits, relating to the 2022 Voluntary Dismissal Plan ("PDV"), which covers three bases of the subsidiary Furnas Centrais Elétricas S.A ("Furnas"): Rio de Janeiro, Angra dos Reis and São Paulo.

With regard to these injunctions, the appropriate legal measures are being adopted by Furnas, with the monitoring of Eletrobras.

For the others Eletrobras companies and for the others Furnas basis, the PDV is maintained in its entirety as disclosed through Market Announcement of October 28, 2022.

Regarding the questions that led to the injunctions, which supposedly seek better conditions than previous termination plans, the Company clarifies that the text signed in the Collective Labor Agreement (ACT) 2022/2024 deals with superior conditions of the current plan compared to the previous one, considering the set of benefits offered. The injunctions in question cover 345 adhesions, which represents 14% of the total adhesions in the Eletrobras companies.

The Company and Furnas are making their best efforts to reverse, in court, the injunctions referred to above. The Company will keep the market informed on the matter dealt with in this Announcement.
