Central China Land Media Co. Ltd. agreed to acquire Chongqing Dinv Ares Film and Media Co Ltd from Fu Xiaoyang and others for approximately CNY 630 million in cash and stock on May 29, 2015. Central China Land Media Co. Ltd. will issue 29.9 million shares at CNY 14.59 per share and pay cash consideration of CNY 187.5 million. Central China Land expects to raise up to CNY 650 million through a private placement to subsidize the acquisition.
