Elephant Publishing Co., Ltd announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 10,000,000 on August 23, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from returning investor Central china land media CO.,LTD (SZSE:000719).Post the closing of the transaction the registered capital will increase from CNY 135,000,000 to CNY 145,000,000. Post the closing of the transaction the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the investor at the 10th meeting of its 6th directorate. The company reported total assets of CNY 1,181,188,900, net assets of CNY 885,229,900, revenue of CNY 936,763,200, and net profit of CNY 245,095,400 for the year ended December 31, 2017.
