Central Plains Environment Protection Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000544) agreed to acquire the remaining 40% stake in Central Plains Environmental Protection Dingsheng Zhengzhou Solid Waste Technology Co., Ltd., from Zhengzhou Dingsheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., for CNY 17 million on March 10, 2021. As a result of the transaction, stake of Central Plains Environment Protection Co.,Ltd., in Central Plains Environmental Protection Dingsheng Zhengzhou Solid Waste Technology Co., Ltd., will increase from 60% to 100%, whereas stake of Zhengzhou Dingsheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., in Central Plains Environmental Protection Dingsheng Zhengzhou Solid Waste Technology Co., Ltd., will cease to exist. For the period to September 30, 2020, Central Plains Environmental Protection Dingsheng Zhengzhou Solid Waste Technology Co., Ltd., reported total assets of CNY 275.34 million and net assets of CNY 23.62 million. The transaction has been approved in Central Plains Environment Protection Co.,Ltd.’s 8th Extraordinary Directorate Meeting held on March 10, 2021 and does not need the shareholders’ approval.
