Central Plains Environment Protection Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000544) agreed to acquire stake in Central Plains Environmental Protection Kaifeng Tongsheng Industrial Water Co., Ltd., Central Plains Environmental Protection Tongsheng Weihe Water Co., Ltd. and Central Plains Environmental Protection Yichuan Water Co., Ltd. for CNY 21.3 million on October 31, 2018. As part of the transaction Central Plains Environment Protection will acquire 20% in Central Plains Environmental Protection Kaifeng for CNY 5.2 million, 25% stake in Central Plains Environmental Protection Tongsheng Weihe for CNY 12 million and 10% stake in Central Plains Environmental Protection Yichuan for CNY 3.9 million. For the year ended December 31, 2017, the target companies reported total assets of CNY 232.7 million, net assets of CNY 106.8 million, revenue of CNY 39.4 million and operating profit of CNY 3.7 million. The transaction is approved at extraordinary meeting of the 8th directorate of Central Plains Environment Protection.
