Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited at its meeting held on June 26, 2025 resolved that Mr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai was appointed as the Lead Independent Director, effective June 26, 2025. Mr. Pakorn Peetathawatchai replaces Mr. Roongrote Rangsiyopash, who resigned from his positions as Lead Independent Director and Independent Director but will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
