Mercular Company Limited announced that it has received $4 million in funding from Kainos Capital LP, CyberAgent Capital Co., Ltd., Premier Advisory Group Limited, 500 Startups Management Co., LLC, Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited and other investors

On August 31, 2021, Mercular Company Limited closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of the transaction. The company received $4 million in the transaction with $1 million in its second and final tranche. The round included participation from new investor Central Retail Corporation Public Company Limited as well as from local and international investors.
