Notice to the Market

CENTRO DE IMAGEM DIAGNÓSTICOS S.A. ('Company'), communicates to its shareholders and the market in general the changes in the composition of its Board of Directors, with the departure of Ricardo Scavazza and Luiz Barsi and the appointment of Ana Teresa Meirelles and Ana Paula Santos. Ms. Ana Teresa Meirelles has almost 40 years of professional experience, having worked in the public administration and an executive career at SRL Projetos, Mcom Wireless and Companhia Brasileira de Latas. Mrs. Ana Teresa has already served as Vice President of Intermédica and CEO and Board Director at Notre Dame Seguros Saúde S/A. She was a Board Director at WEG S/A and at the Hospital Life Center. She is currently a partner of Focus Strategy.

Ms. Ana Paula Santos has over 30 years of professional experience, having executive experience at Schering Plow Pharmaceutical, Abbott Laboratories, Marfrig Group, Carrefour, Wal-Mart, among others. She is currently Director of Human Resources at Patria Investimentos and Board Director at Elfa Group.
